Independent candidates for congress will need backup if they're going to take on the big parties. You can't take a knife into a gunfight, after all, and lord knows Republicans and Democrats both pack plenty of heat. We need an organization to aid and support brave independent candidates in the trench warfare of district-level elections.
I'm not talking about yet another obscure third party that lives on the margins of the national scene.
